calculate

Perform basic arithmetic calculations

convert_temperature

Convert temperature units based on file content or direct input. Supports Celsius (C) and Fahrenheit (F).

assign_task

Assign a task to the most suitable team member.

get_task_board

Retrieve all current tasks.

find_meeting_slot

Find available meeting slots across multiple attendees' calendars. Returns up to 3 conflict-free proposed time slots, any scheduling conflicts encountered, and reasoning about the search.

book_meeting

Book a previously proposed meeting slot for the given attendees. Validates the slot is a valid ISO date and attendees are non-empty, then confirms the booking with a unique meeting ID.

check_admin_request

Evaluate a request against the enterprise policy tree and make a definitive decision. Do NOT ask the user for follow-up actions like checking workloads or drafting messages. Just return the policy decision so the router can proceed.

draft_message

Draft a message and determine its destination channel

send_message

Send a message to a specific channel (e.g. Slack or Discord)

handle_request

Main AIDE router. Takes a natural language request and decides whether to schedule a meeting, assign a task, or run admin checks. Returns a structured RouterOutput.
